Estimates
Estimates are based on the property details you provide. If conditions on site differ materially, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding — the price you approve is the price you pay.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work depends on weather and safe conditions. If a service must be moved, we'll notify you and reschedule at the earliest available window at no penalty.
Satisfaction guarantee
If any part of a completed service doesn't meet our standard, notify us within seven days and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Recurring and commercial accounts may be invoiced on an agreed schedule.
